Moms Know Ai provides digital educational content that teaches moms how to use Claude (an AI assistant made by Anthropic) to reduce mental load — things like the free prompt library, the profile builder, the emergency prep builder, and the paid Family Command Center + Prompt Library. Everything is delivered digitally. There's no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Paid products are sold through our checkout provider (Ark One). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but a price change never affects something you've already bought.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once you have access, except where required by law. If something's genuinely broken on our end (a bad download link, a duplicate charge), email us and we'll make it right.
Moms Know Ai is an independent, third-party education business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, the maker of Claude. "Claude" is a product of Anthropic, and using it is subject to Anthropic's own terms — Moms Know Ai has no control over Claude's availability, pricing, or features, and isn't responsible for changes Anthropic makes to its product.
Nothing on this site or in our products is medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. We teach practical AI prompting for everyday family logistics — we are not licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors, and our content should never replace guidance from one. Use your own judgment, especially with anything involving your family's health, finances, or legal matters.
All content on this site and inside our paid products (copy, templates, prompts, worksheets, videos, and design) belongs to Moms Know Ai. You're welcome to use what you buy for your own personal, single-household use. Please don't copy, resell, redistribute, or teach our material as your own.

The Family Command Center and related tools ask you to enter details about your family (schedules, kids' names or nicknames, preferences) directly into your own Claude account. That information is stored by you, inside your own Claude account — it is not sent to us or stored on our servers. We never see your Family Command Center content, your Claude conversations, or anything you upload to your own Claude Project.
We don't sell your information. Ever.
We use a small number of trusted platforms to run this business: GoHighLevel / Ark One (checkout, email delivery, and hosting), and Anthropic's Claude (which you use directly, under your own account — see Section 2 above). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices. We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
This site may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as smoothly without them.
Moms Know Ai is intended for adults (parents and caregivers). This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
